VRacing LLC – Terms and Conditions of Use

 

Liabilities.

​

All students will need to be physically and mentally prepared. If you have any physical or mental cognizance limitations that may impact or impair your ability to drive a race car, please contact us so that we may discuss this with you directly.

Prior to all VRacing LLC programs, students will be required to sign personal risk & liability waivers, indemnifying VRacing LLC of any injury, loss, or damages to their personal equipment incurred during the event.

VRacing LLC offers a variety of racing programs that can take you all the way to the top level of open-wheel racing. However, as in all forms of motorsports, crash damage responsibility is sometimes a concern.

​

Students are responsible for accident damage in any of our formula car programs. VRacing LLC offers an optional crash damage insurance liability policy, reducing students' maximum accident damage exposure. If you have an incident that results in damage to VRacing LLC equipment, you may continue, at the sole discretion of VRacing LLC staff.

Although accidents do occasionally occur, it is extremely rare that a spin or mistake on track will result in any damage. When you sign-in, you will be requested to sign a Damage Liability Agreement, complete with your credit card details, in case of accident damage.

 

Reservations, Rescheduling, and Cancellations.

Individuals.

​

Refunds are available up to 30 days prior to an event at a 5% charge of your total course cost (excludes programs purchased with special pricing or offers). After 30 days, no refunds are possible, but you may reschedule your course. If it is necessary to reschedule, please notify VRacing LLC immediately. Customers may reschedule one time only. Rescheduling is accepted with no rescheduling fee up to 30 days prior to a course. Rescheduling less than 30 days and more than 15 days prior to your course will incur a 25% handling fee based on the total cost of your program. Rescheduling cannot be honored within 15 days prior to the originally scheduled course.

No-shows will result in a forfeiture of all previously paid funds. We are not responsible for personal or business conflicts, canceled travel arrangements, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen changes in your plans that prevent you from attending your event. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, and a refund or alternate date will not be granted.

If you need to reschedule, you can change to another date or you can go to "to be scheduled" status until you are ready to take your course. You are responsible for any increase in course prices if you choose to reschedule a course after the original purchase date.

For programs purchased by way of special offers or pricing, there are no refunds. However, we will reschedule your program in accordance with our rescheduling policy.

If you have paid your deposit by way of a credit card, we will automatically charge the outstanding balance of your event to this card 30 days prior to your event date without notice unless an alternate form of payment has been previously arranged.

Group Events.

​

All group or corporate reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and full payment is due 30 days prior to the course. Any bookings within 30 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking. Payment can be made by wire transfer, AMEX, VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, or Discover.

​

Cancellation or rescheduling of a group or corporate exclusive event must be made 90 days or more prior to the initially scheduled event date.

​

Prerequisites for Electric Formula Car Programs.

​

All students who participate in a VRacing LLC electric formula car program only require road car driving experience, or in the case of anyone that is 16 or younger, karting experience may be required – no previous high-performance or competitive driving experience is required. The cars are electric with no gearbox, making the driving of our Formula cars easier than a regular racecar.  More inline with driving an electric go kart.

VRacing LLC reserves the right to remove any driver from a program at any time if staff in their sole discretion decide the driver is incapable of handling a race car or is driving in an unsafe manner, creating hazardous conditions for themselves or others around them.

​

VRacing LLC’s courses are restricted to drivers 14 years and older. Students under 18 years of age must either have a current, valid driver's license or provide us with prior driving/racing experience for review and acceptance prior to registering.

 

Gift Certificates.

​

Gift Certificates are refundable within 30 days of the date on the certificate (dated the day of the recipient’s birthday, Christmas, etc.). After 30 days, certificates are fully transferable to another recipient but non-refundable.

​

Rain Checks and Course Cancellations.

​

In the event of a declared rain-out (subject to the discretion of VRacing LLC staff), third-party cancellation (such as track unavailability), or force majeure, VRacing LLC will make every effort to reschedule your event or any missed portion thereof as conveniently as possible. Refunds will not be granted if a course cannot be completed due to weather or unforeseeable situations out of the control of VRacing LLC.

VRacing LLC personnel, at their sole discretion, shall have the right to cancel a student’s enrollment in any VRacing LLC program at any point and at any time prior to or during an event if staff considers the student not capable or willing to operate VRacing LLC equipment in accordance with VRacing LLC instruction and policies. In this instance, there will be no refund whatsoever.

 

Technical Failures.

Should your race car experience a technical failure, VRacing LLC shall immediately transfer you into another school car to complete your course, or reschedule for the balance of the time left on your program.

​

Dress Standards.

​

It is the responsibility of the student to come appropriately dressed, including footwear, in accordance with our recommendations. Inadequate footwear may impede the safe control of your vehicle and is grounds for refusal of entry into programs.

Punctuality.

​

VRacing LLC courses are designed to provide a gradual learning experience. Further, in order to give you the maximum amount of track time and experience for your investment, VRacing LLC courses are run on tight schedules and are time sensitive. If a student is late for a course, VRacing LLC will make every effort to accommodate the student into the program. However, if this would impede the other students’ program, or if the student has missed critical classroom information or driving exercises, they may be refused entry into the course. Please be punctual or call us if you will be late.

Further, VRacing LLC does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations.

In no event shall VRacing LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on VRacing LLC’s website, even if VRacing LLC or a VRacing LLC authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
